Juliet Lihalakha

Hello! 

Juliet Lihalakha is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
She has extensive experience in health care over 13 years working with adolescents and adults both inpatient and outpatient settings, facing complex mood disorder such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sleep issues, Panic disorder, PTSD, adjustment disorder, & obsessive-compulsive disorder.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from university of Houston-Victoria. Her passion for mental health led her to bridge the gap by earning her master’s degree as a PMHNP from Walden University.
Her treatment approach comprises of mental health consultation, evaluation and medication management. Her philosophy is to utilize empathetic approach, patient-centered care and evidence-based treatment modalities with the goal to minimize symptoms and improve overall well-being.
