Hello! Juliet Lihalakha is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Blossom Mental Health. She has extensive experience in health care working with teens and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and corrections settings, facing complex mood disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sleep issues, Panic disorder, PTSD, adjustment disorder, & OCD. She obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Houston-Victoria. Her passion for mental health led her to bridge the gap by earning her master's degree as a PMHNP from Walden University. Her treatment approach comprises mental health consultation, evaluation, and medication management. Her philosophy is to utilize an empathetic approach, patient-centered care, and evidence-based treatment modalities to minimize symptoms and improve overall well-being. Do you feel stuck in the past?
